Eric Smith Associates Ltd is owned and managed by Eric Smith who is acknowledged by industry as an exceptional trouble-shooter in areas relating to food safety, meat technology and hygiene. Eric has amassed considerable crisis management experience within the food industry over the past 30 years both as the former senior lecturer at the University of Salford, Manchester and The Chinese University of Hong Kong as well as being fervidly involved in the European BSE crisis in 1996 and other related crises across China, the Americas, Africa and Scandinavia. Eric’s skills and knowledge are further complemented by a core team of specialist consultants and an international network of associate consultants from a variety of disciplines.
